Arthur Murray Dance Centers has taught people how to dance in a fun, quick, and easy fashion since 1912. We introduce a variety of dance styles, such as country, Latin, and ballroom, to singles and couples. Our instructors personalize every class to meet your needs, so come and see what taking dance lessons can offer you. All individuals and ability levels are welcome.

Social Dance Classes

Social dances describe any dance you would enjoy in a social setting, such as a wedding, cruise, Latin bar, country club, and more. Whether you want to be the star of the dance floor or know just enough to fit in, social dancing is fun and very practical for everyone!

Ballroom Dance Classes

Ballroom dancing encompasses many varieties, genres, and styles of dance. It’s not as singular as one might initially think. Almost every type of partner dance can be classified as a ballroom—especially dances involving long strides where partners quickly traverse a dance floor.

Swing Dance Classics

The roots of swing dancing can be traced back to the American Jazz Era, which began in the 1920s. Swing dancing encompasses a wide variety of unique partner dances, including the Lindy Hop, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Jitterbug, Jive, Boogie-Woogie, Carolina Shag, and others.

Country Dance Classes

We can help you boot, scoot, and boogie your way into learning a new dance style! Whether you want to learn for an upcoming event or want to switch up your dance methods, our professionals can make sure you understand the steps at a pace that is comfortable for you.

Tango Dance Classes

This slow and sexy dance was invented in the slums of Buenos Aires around the mid-1800s. Today, it is used in popular TV shows and movies such as Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Moulin Rouge, Dancing With the Stars, and more!

Special Day Dance Classes

Our dance classes will help you feel confident, beautiful, and graceful when it's your big day. Everybody is there to watch and celebrate you, so let us help you give them a show on the dance floor - or at least avoid the hug and waddle! We celebrate wedding days, mitzvahs, birthdays, and more with good food and dancing.
